General Rules
Attire: Shirt and court shoes required.
Outside Food & Drink: Not allowed.
Speakers: No outside speakers allowed.
Minimum Age: No minimum age; however, any child under 13 requires a parent or guardian present unless they are under the direction of the Box Pickleball Club coaching staff.
Animals: Only service animals are permitted; proof of service registration must be presented at the front desk.
Outside Coaches: To maintain a high-quality experience and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all members and guests, Box Pickleball Club does not allow coaching by outside instructors on its premises.
Smoking: Smoking anywhere in the Club is strictly prohibited. Should anyone be responsible for setting off our fire monitoring system, located in the bathrooms and elsewhere throughout the club, they may be responsible for any fees incurred by the City or Fire Department for the false alarm and will lose Club privileges.
Late Cancellation & No-Shows
Cancellation Policy – Court Bookings, Lessons & Clinics
To ensure fairness and availability for all our players, please review our cancellation policy:
Court Reservations / Lessons / Clinics
Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full credit to your CourtReserve account.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation will not be refunded.
No-Shows: No-shows will be charged in full.

Ball Machine
Members can rent a ball machine for $10 an hour.
